It effectively shields your cards from scratches, water damage, and other potential hazards, keeping them in pristine condition
So as far as strategy goes it is really straightforward, you can either wait with Jolteon on the bench until you get 3 energy cards on it and then move it in and use Mach Bolt or you can play it right away and use Agility on the defending Pokemon until you get 3 energy cards on Jolteon and hope that you flip heads every time so you don't get any damage done to Jolteon
